We don't know where she gets it from. I blame Tia Jill. She definitely does not get it from me. But Eva treats every day like a performance.
And she dresses in her costume accordingly. The grocery store, a walk in the woods, a birthday party...It doesn't matter really.
She dresses.
She accessorizes.
She beautifies.
Except her hair.
I can't get that girl to brush her hair for nothing.
