A House of Fools

I think Eva had been planning this year's April Fools Day, since last year's April Fools Day.

She has been keeping a running list of pranks.

So there was no chance of getting through the day without acknowledgement.

In fact, Jeff and I went out the night before.  We came home to find that Eva share all her plans with the babysitter.  She made her sign a waiver!!!

Eva was all into it.

What she didn't know was that I had some tricks up my sleeve as well.

Jeff went out to start his van that morning, only to find it filled to the brim with Dyleva's stuffed animals!

Eva and Dylan found their shoes filled with purple powder from the color run this morning.

That one kind of backfired though, because I had to clean it up and it almost made us late for school.

Eva had dumped a bottle of nailpolish on my bed (on top of saran wrap).

Then she wrote all over the mirror with lip stick, dumped baby powder all over the kitchen floor.  She dressed a doll in my clothes!

Little stinker!

I filled their lunch boxes with plastic bugs!

But she got me good.  She stole my new framed Dave poster from Titi off the wall and replaced it with a drawing.

Who does that?

The finale was when Dylan went to gymnastics, we spider-webbed his room with string.

Such a creative but mischievous little girl!
