Oh Dylan.

My boy has also had an eventful few weeks.

It's a big deal finishing kindergarten.   He has been so proud; going all around the house singing his songs so he's ready.  

He takes it very seriously.  

He also has been chosen/assigned to read the morning announcements in his school.  One day is just the pledge, but the second day, it is the school kindness pledge- huge words!  He is going to do great!

Finally, he had his gymnastics performance.  All year long, Jeff and I were like, wow, that boy certainly does not excel in class.  He's goofy and silly.  

At home, that's all he does, is try and kill himself with different flips.  

But the day of the performance, he was like gymnast genius! We looked at each other in awe.  He was the best in his class!

On that note, Dylan has been doing full on back flips into the pool.  Well tonight, he must have arched his back to much and cracked his head on the edge of the pool.   

My heart stopped.

So far he's okay....but still watching him carefully.
